The PhatYo line was made and sold in Australia, and manufactured by Abbe toys, makers of the Black Mamba yo-yos.
The Blue Angel is a concave version of the original Black Mamba. The new "cookie" response system is also used, a special system with a rubberry recessed pad with teeth. Noted as "Yo-Matic", that is the term Abbe used to explain its auto-return centrifugal cam system. The Blue Angel also has some additional rim weighting.
