The Duncan Freehand Zero - 75th Anniversary was a special glow in the dark edition commemorating Duncan's 75th anniversary in 2004. It was sold exclusively from Duncan's online web store at www.yo-yo.com. The opposite side of the yo-yo featured the Freehand Zero logo, also in a black imprint. Supposedly 750 of this model was made.
The FreeHand Zero was an updated and improved version of the original Duncan FreeHand. Size A ball bearing axle, take apart design, and Duncan Friction Stickers for response. The string gap was adjustable with two sets of shims that were included. A set of silver spacers (pre-installed) for a standard gap and original response/play. And, a set of brass spacers, seen to the left of the yo-yo, for a wide gap and dead response play. Also came with three collectible counterweights. In this case, a yellow rubber bouncy ball, Duncan Boy head, and one red dice.
Released February 2004.
