This is a textile patch, and originally had an adhesive peel and stick backing. A later Cheerio promotion through Chek-TV in Victoria, Canada. Cheerio does not appear on it, but it was from the collection of Cheerio demonstrator Barney Ryan, and the later Cheerio company did own the Canadian rights to the word "Yo-Yo."
